Tasty Tuesday: Tuscan White Bean Dip

Charcuterie boards are a perfect way to have a variety of foods displayed at any event.  One of the most interesting things that you can add to a charcuterie board is a flavorful dip.  This dip pairs perfectly with crackers, pretzels, pita chips or even veggies.  If you are planning a Tuscan themed charcuterie board, this is the dip for you! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 2 tsp. Halladay's Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. feta or Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

How to Make

  1. Mash the cannellini beans.
  2. Combine beans with olive oil, squeezed lemon, the Roasted Garlic Seasoning. 
  3. The cheese is optional, but I find that it really makes the dip extra flavorful!  
  4. Allow it to sit in the fridge for a few hours to allow all the flavors to mix.
