Tasty Tuesday: Cinnamon Sweet Rolls
This Tasty Tuesday is perfect for an Easter Brunch. It is a sweet cinnamon roll that is a great addition to your table. These are certainly going to be a family favorite.
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 package Halladay's Vermont Beer Bread Classic Mix
- 1 (12 oz.) can or bottle beer or club soda
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
How to Make:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the cinnamon and sugar and set aside.
- Combine the butter and brown sugar in a separate bowl and set aside.
- Lightly grease a cake pan.
- Mix the beer bread with beer or club soda.
- Take the beer bread mixture and scoop out a 1/4 cup of batter and roll in the cinnamon and sugar.
- Repeat with all the batter and place in the cake pan.
- Sprinkle with nuts if you would like.
- Pour the butter and brown sugar over the rolls and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Cool and pull apart when serving.
